Dr. Long is an exceptional physician! He takes the time needed to review patient files, obtain necessary procedures and he truly cares about his patient’s well being. Dr. Long listens well to his patient, actually takes the time to examine his patient and provides appropriate education so the patient can understand the “what and why” behind Dr. Long’s recommendations for patient to have a quality life.

The best doctor I have ever had. I've been with him for 8 years. His first priority is my health. He is kind, thoughtful, smart and even a good family man.

This does not reflect on Dr Long's medical services. This concerns Sacred Heart's bargain basement communications operation. "Your call is important to us". Really? After sitting on hold for 10 minutess, we were finally given the option to have a call back. We left a recorded message to arrange for an appointment. That was two days ago. No response. We called other times but we were put on hold. After waiting 10 minutes or more on follow up calls we decided our calls were not deemed important. No matter how professional Dr. Long's services are; if we can't each him, we are compelled to transfer our medical records to a clinic who regards us as important. So YOU ARE FIRED.

Dr. Long not only treats his patients, he cares for his patients! Disciplined by his Military Background, he is very thorough in paying attention and taking action, with follow-up or referrals. Objective in his diagnostic proceedures and very accurate in his conclusions

Dr. Long is exceptional in his ability to listen to your issues and concerns. He responds to each question that way that can be easily understood. I always feel like a valued customer when I visit.
