If you need a hip replacement, you will not find a better surgeon than Dr. Moore! Dr. Moore replaced my right hip four years ago and just replaced my left hip - on an outpatient basis. Age 64, I feel years younger because of the relief from my arthritis pain and am now able to stand tall and walk normally! What is truly amazing is how efficient and relatively painless the replacement procedure was. I just carefully followed all instructions, including the in-home physical therapy instructions, and was taking neighborhood walks by the end of the first week after surgery. Thank you Dr. Moore - and your entire world-class team at Andrew's. We are blessed to have you in Birmingham.

Dr Moore takes the time to speak with you about any concerns and fully answers all questions. He is a wonderful physician.

He replaced my knee & there was a problem. He promptly dropped me at six weeks post op! I had to find a new surgeon to help me. Six weeks post op!!!!!

Sorry that I haven't responded sooner. Definitely am pleased with the care from Dr. Moore for my knee replacement. It has been two years and no problems. This operation has allowed me to stay involved in the great sport of wrestling both as a coach and as a official. I still get on the mats with my boys. Not bad for a 68 year old, in his 62nd year in the sport. HEADGEAR OFF TO YOU SIR.

Had total hip replacement done ~ 6 weeks ago (I'm 68 y/o). Recovery has been amazingly quick and painless (literally - just mild discomfort for a week or so). Am required to be careful for another couple of months or so but it's tough because it's easy to forget I've had surgery - walking long distances and going up and down stairs unaided and with no pain or discomfort. I cannot recommend Dr. Moore highly enough.
