Office staff extremely poor. Average wait time with appointment is 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Unacceptable

I was trying to refill my prescription via Walgreens this morning and Walgreens tried to send a fax all week long. The staff was so rude they didn't both to check to see if Walgreens even sent the fax....they told me and I quote " not to wait until the last minute to refill my prescription.... I didn't wait until the last minute ….I've been waiting a week and the office didn't bother to even check their fax machine...… I have epilepsy.....and I am waiting to get a refill !!!!!!!!! I think I have better things to do ...and so does Walgreens....

We only get one brain and Dr. Nudleman doesn't care. I sat in patient room for one hour while he chatted about cocktails in the hallway with no apology. During my appointment, he insulted my current in-progress degree in Psychology and said Ill need to pursue something else because I won't get a good job. Irrelevant to purpose of my appointment. He didn't write any notes down (keep this in mind). He asked if I was on any medication which I explained to him yes and reason I didn't want another prescription. After telling him Ive had 20 yrs of migraines, he started to write a prescription. I told him I didn't want a bandaid or to mask the problem. I was there on referral from my other doctor. He scheduled me for an EEG, blood work and an MRI which he had an upset and quiet demeanor about. Fantastic I was approved for all procedures. Except that the field office that did the MRI mis-scheduled my appointment, not once but twice. His other office doctor who ran the EEG in his office, was… 20 minutes late, which of course, made me late for work and there was no apologies from the office staff or EEG tech. About two weeks after all exams were completed, I had a scary instance of vertigo, or so I think it was vertigo. I put a call into to his office immediately upon their office opening and requested the doctor call me immediately as I wanted my results. The office staff lady wasn't listening correctly as she stated my insurance would need to approve the procedures. I had to explain to her 3 times in this call that I had all the procedures completed 2 weeks ago and have been waiting for my results and was terrified of the incident I had just experienced. I waited 3 hours and hadn't heard anything. I had to call the office a 2nd time and spoke to a separate office staff this time. She too didn't know who I was, didn't understand why I wasn't scheduled for results. Both office ladies said I probably needed my insurance approved. They kept asking for my phone number. Finally I told them to schedule me for a next day appointment and have the doctor call me as I was frightened and afraid of early morning incident. Also asked if they had emailed the results to my doctor as I had put all his information on my new patient paper work. I told him on my first appointment to do this. I also inquired with the office ladies if this had been sent and they said they would check. Doctor called me an hour later and wondered why I had called. His office staff didn't communicate anything other than I had an appointment scheduled with him. He asked me why I was so concerned and the reason for me calling so much. I told him I've been waiting for all my test results and wondered why I hadn't heard anything and now I'm dealing with dizziness that was making me scared and very ill. His response, "well you're scheduled tomorrow so I'll see you then." Upon arriving to the doctor office, there was no acknowledgement from the front office females and the doctor just opened the door and waved me back. As if I was the inconvenience. He sat down, asked me again, if I was on any medication. I couldn't believe my ears as I had already told him from my first initial appointment. He threw a small stack of papers at me for my copy to have and said all the results were fine. He didn't point any slides out from the MRI and told me the EEG was great and my blood results were ok, some items were borderline. My response, "I've had migraines for 20 years and you're telling me Im fine? I had a terrifying experience yesterday of getting so dizzy, that I thought the world flipped out from underneath my feet, and I've had migraines for the last 20 years increasing in occurrence and severity and you say Im fine?" His response, "There are 65 million people in the world who get headaches (he didnt say migraines) and not even two markers are the same. Most of the time, us doctors can't figure out why, What do you want me to do, send you to a balance specialist, they'll make you stand on your toes? Then what are we going to do with you?" He suggested an MRA to be scheduled. So, today, I hear back from my first doctor via email, who confirmed he has not received a phone call, fax, an email or any package. Fortunately I was given a copy of everything, but I had requested, not once but 5 times for the results to be sent and after over a month, confirmed, nothing has been sent. This doctor is clearly in this for himself. Ive lost hours from work, personal stress. Him and his staff are rude, disorganized and dont have any professional regard for their patients. I would rate this doctor no stars if I could. The only reason he gets 4 stars for ease of the appointment is because my insurance company was quick to get me an appointment. Please, if you care about your health, well-being and medical state of affairs, this doctor should not be your choice for any reason. I not only feel that my personal life was mocked and made a joke of, but also and equally, my personal emotional and physical health.

Excellent diagnostician . Very careing physician who happens to have top credentials and abundant experience. Also, very helpful in guiding his patients to other top specialists as necessary. I recommend Dr, Nudelman first to any of my friends or colleagues who request me to recommend a neurologist for them or their family members. I have do this for years with excellent follow-up reports from these friends.

Dr. Nudleman is a great Doctor. He is kind, knowledgeable, and very, very caring. The same can not be said about Martha. She is not only unkind, uncaring and incompetent, but she seems to go out of her way to say "No" to every request. Dr. Nudleman has even acknowledged how difficult she is, but has yet to do anything about it. As much as I like Dr. Nudleman, I can't recommend him because he simply won't deal with the problem that is Martha.

office staff beyond unprofessional. Martha was loud, rude and obnoxious. I have been a patient for over 3 years and was told if I couldn't make a particular appt she set up for me that I needed to find a new doctor. Which I promply did!!

he is in it for the money, can care less about your condition or how he can help. watch out

The office manager Martha is very rude and not very helpful. She gave me a hard time about faxing over a notice to my employer.

Upon visiting Dr Nudleman's office for the first time, I thought the receptionist was not very warm or welcoming - I was surprised - it was an unprofessional reception.Dr. Nudleman, however, exuded profesionalism, experience, skill, mastery, confidence, etc... My gut instinct and my experience in the visit left me believing that he was the best there is (and he may well be).One more thing about the staff - I called just now to get copies of the reports and tests from my visit, and the woman answering the phone was very friendly and helpful and professional.
