He has been my Dr. For several years, and he's always professional and doesn't act like he's in a big hurry. Listens to all your concerns ! Excellent doctor !

I have been seeing Dr Phillips for a while and have never had anything but excellent service and care from him and his staff. He has helped me get my siezures under control and my anxiety and panic attacks in check. And all of this is because he is willing to take the time and listen to you in order to treat you the best a provider can. If this had 10 stars I would give him 10. He will continue to be my physician as long as he’s around and has always been courteous to my wife and son when they are with me at my appointments. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new family or primary care physician.

Poorly managed office, unethical provider

I went to see Dr. Ken Phillips for my FREE physical and made sure that I wasn't going to be charged for anything. I told his staff when I went for pre-physical test and I told him again on the day of the physical . I waited for almost an hour and heard him use profanities while yelling at his nurses. He then came into my room for a physical and I told him I just wanted to get my free physical provided by my insurance and he was in there about five minutes and never even read the forms that I completed before the physical. He then charged me for a new patient visit and a physical. He billed my Insurance for over $1000 for the 5 min and the lab work. I emailed and called him to get it cleared up and he still wants me to pay $129 that the Insurance didn't cover. I WOULD NOT GO TO SEE DR. PHILLIPS and strongly recommend you find a doctor that cares about his patients.

Great professional employees. Dr. Phillips is a wonderful doctor. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room.
