Operated on my wife, did a great job.

Dr. Richards was very informative about everything going on with my Grandfather. He had a heart attack while working in the garden on a Sunday afternoon. Dr. Richards was called in to do emergency surgery. He kept my family very informed during the crisis and met with our family before and after. I was very appreciative of his professionalism, and so is my Grandfather.

Dr. Richards is a professional to say the least. He is incredibly caring and upfront about your problems on what to expect. It is hard for me to believe the other rating of Dr. Richards being uncaring to the situation, as he was always catering to my family's every need during my grandfather's heart operation. I would highly recommend him to anyone as a caring and professional doctor.

Kenneth M. Richards is a fake he was very abrassive and unprfessional with the treatment of our family member. He was on call for another surgeon and did not want to deal with our families concerns, he stated "There will be no changes and this can be delt with in the morning", when the CVCU RN called reporting concerns for our sister/mothers wellbeing while hospitalized at NCMC in Greeley, co. I had the nurse call him back to tell him he needed to call me back to discuss our concerns,he showed up at the hospital and was visible angry, he did not allow me to present our concernd and showed very little concern and was disrespectuful towards our family. He had no regard for our sister/mother and brought her into the conversation while she was visible ill. This is a man with very poor bed side manner and is an embarrassment to NCMC and the medical community. I would never recommend him to anybody, I had to ask him to leave the room and not address us any longer. He was rude and very harsh… to say the least.
