Dr. Kenneth Alan Rosen, MD

VERY VERY BAD SERIVICE AND STAFF WAS SUPER RUDE ON PHONE. I had dermetalogist appt scheduled with Dr. Kenneth Rosen , the person who made my appt. took all my information and asked me bunch of question call lasted 45 minutes. I gave her my insurance information, she ran my card , made my appt. when I arrived at the appt. i was told that it was a mistake on there side that they do not take the insurance and if I want to see the doctor I have to pay the full fee. I asked the person at the front and who is in charge of the insurance she said we all take appt and its a mistake on our side but they cannot see you drove about hour and a half to make to this appt. I was lost and called the office person answering the phone when asked for direction or land location was super rude, she had no clue about location and she said that if you don't make it on time then we cannot see you since you are the new patient , I told the person on phone madam please give me 10 minutes , I am lost and GPS… shows me 10 minutes , she goes the Doctor is free he has no patience and it was still 3:27 pm I was supposed to be there not until 3:45p.m.. I am really confused why did she asked my name 5 times confirmed the appt. and send me a text 2 times , verified on phone call 2 times and yet when I reach there and front receipcionist told me it was our mistake we do not accept this insurance, that is so careless. How can you trust a dr with a very very bad approach, specially during this pandemic when everyone needs little patience and care. This does not seem like this Dr. office care a single bit.

i do not recommend this doctor he was incredibly rude when explaining and told me i was wasting his time. DO NOT GO TO HIM !

went to him 4 times...hes one of th ose talk at you doesnt even let you geet a word in in..thinks he knows it all..344 visits of not listening, losing information Yeaching him about new market drugs..guy needs to reutre already....he even told me to stop taking a life saving drug called DUPIXENT..(I TAUGHT HIM IT EXISTED) AND WITHOUT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE FREDDY KREUGER! EVERY TIME I WENT HE WAS MORE OF A JERK!! I STORMED OUT BECAUSE OF HIS DISRESPECT AND LACK OF CARE, POOR QUALITY, INSULTS MY INTELLIGENCE, DOESN'T KNOW ME AT ALL... I JUST GOTA C ALL ACTUALLY OF HIM SAYING HIS DAUGHTER WAS A PSYCHIATRIST AT UM AND HE THINKS SHE COULD HELP ME RESOLVE ANY ISSUES...IM LIKE ARE U BEING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? excus me but u dont even know me at all who are you to such a thing (i majored in psychology too) so I know my place and wha ti have and dont have....the balls on that guy omg retire old man ur losing it. I quickly within hour got a new dermatologist already set u p NEVER again i… had enough of that quak. im done with that fool highly un-recommend

Waited over 2 hours past my appt. time, then received a superficial exam with virtually no consultation, and to top it off he spent more time on his far left political views than my exam. Save yourself the trip.

Upon signing in, I noticed that three other patients had the same appointment time as me. I waited over two hours to be seen. Two separate patients opted to cancel and leave after waiting over two hours, one of them stating that the last time they were there, they also waited two hours. Poorly managed.

Love the doctor. Hate how long you have to wait to see him.

Dr Rosen has been our dr for many years, he is an excel lent dr our family are very satisfied wth his services and nice staff

Dr. Kenneth Rosen is my favorite Doctor. He is amazing

little or no interest in the patient. Dr. does not put attention to the patient's requirements but what insurance covers . I went to the dermatologic look at three situations , did not meet any . He attended me also super fast and carelessly . I not recommend it as dr .
