Worst experience ever.. my 19 year old son had high bilirubin… I sent him to my previous gastroenterologist office . Instead of running labs my son was referred to Miami liver transplant… This seemed extreme and weeks went by without any explanation. Total waste of months going back and forth, paperwork not sent, calls never returned, rudest staff ever. Liver transplant ran labs, ordered tests and we were referred back to gastro because his liver is fine and he needs his pancreas looked at… The office staff inform me my son needs tertiary care and won’t see him… this means months more of trying to get to a new dr…no questions answered.. basically right back where we started almost 9 months ago

Not sure I would even call a office that seems to act as thou they don’t like there job .

The front office staff is rude, unprofessional, and do not have compassion for the patients. A patient can not stand at the window because you hear the staff asking one another "why is that person just standing there?" "Can't they read the sign?" And do not even think about touching that window because they become so irate. Sitting in the waiting room, the patients can hear everything the employees say. Unfortunately, I would not recommend that office.

Does not listen, staff is incompetent. Made my problems worse and did not solve anything.

I saw him years ago and he made the rudest, most insensitive comment ever thinking I didn't hear it. He has the worst bedside manner, was abrupt and spent no time with me. I actually changed to his associate who is a far better physician.

I have been seen Dr Rosenthal for last 10 years. He is very caring and excellent.

Very short and impatient and rude...won't be going back to say the least!

MY HUSBAND WAS SCHEDULED FOR 8:30 COLONOSCOPY & ENDOSCOPY- TAKEN IN AT 8:30 BUT WAS NOT WHEELED IN UNTIL 9:50 AFTER PREP FOR ALMOST 24 HOURS- AFTER 2-1/2 HOURS DR. ROSENTHAL NEVER CAME OUT TO SPEAK TO ME, PATIENTS WIFE AND THEN I WAS TOLD BY RECEPTIONIST THAT I COULD BRING THE CAR AROUND!!! I AM NOT A LIMO DRIVER! WILL NOT GO BACK TO HIM AGAIN AND WILL FIND ANOTHER DR FOR MY COLONOSCOPY! I WAS IN YEARS WHEN MY HUSBAND CAME OUT OF BUILDING

After preparing for a cololoscopy almost 36 hrs i recieved a phone call from the dr. Rep canceling the test for a later time Really ! Put me between a rock and a hard place, prep is not easy and med staff knows this. I feel my apt was given to another patient! May be true or not but im not happy with this and would not recommend this dr.
