Dr. Kenneth Kyaw Win Sha, MD

Dr. Sha has been extremely helpful to me in treating my lung condition of many-years standing. His expertise and medical management has improved my functioning amazingly. Answers questions, not alarmist, clam, helpful and responsive. His staff is courteous and helpful. I wonderful provider for anyone with lung issues.

Longest wait time ever

Not very professional, my appointment is 4pm but I am not able to see the provider after 6 pm. This practice is exposing patents with long waiting time in an overcrowded environment. Do not recommend this provider

Even you have made the appointment, every time when you go to his office, you have to wait for more than 2 hours to see him. And his diagnoses and evaluation do not last long, it is less than 3 minutes. The attitude of his front desk receptionists also not good.

I've been seeing dr. Shah for over 10 years he's a very nice doctor when you call his office now they don't let you talk to him and then not the doctor they ask you what is it that you want I want to talk to him I haven't seen him in awhile I see him once a year now that I've lost part of my insurance I cannot forward right now the copay so I know he's not the one that says no co-pay go home they won't even let you talk to him which before I could so if anything happens to me because I couldn't see him to get my medication for my asthma it'll be his receptionist for but he'll get blamed for it and I think I'm just being discriminated because now that I have to pay a co-pay and for the first time I didn't have the money I couldn't see him and that's unfair fire those girls

I was given an 4:30 pm appointment but waited until 6, was told will be another 30 minutes. I asked them why did you set me for4:30 pm when I had to rush from my work and waited there for 2 hours? The waiting room is so small, 1/3 of the people waiting have no seat, so have to hangout around and come back to check for their turn. I ended up cancel the appointment.

This practise has NO respect for patients time. My dad saw this doctor 3 times. Even with appt, the wait time is 2 hours each. When my dad was finally seen, the doctr did not say much. Explained nothing to the pt and family. Check CT was done more than a week ago with blood in the lungs but doctor did not call to discuss pt. My dad got so sick that we got an appt to be seen. That was when we found out that he was bleeding in the lungs! This doctor may have good skills, but what good is it if he doesn't care about his pts life and death?!
