Wasn't able to complete the root canal that was charged to our credit card before my husband was even seen. Was to receive a partial refund and waited two weeks but still haven't received it; was told that I need to wait an additional week before they try tracking the check with their bank. Really poor requirement that the office return a partial refund with a check and not compensate the interest at least! I explained to the staff that some of us are on a fixed income and now will be charged interest on my credit card. Was like they don't even care!!

Developed infection 4 years after root canal, went to another dentist , found that only 2 roots had been treated , infection in the other 2 roots that were missed. Have x-rays, new doctor says I should report to dental association.

dentist did prior root canal ---developed infection approximately two years later-went back to same for correction-quote for work very high---took 8 weeks to get figures for my cost from office ---office had very poor attitude towards a response prior to year end--went to diff dentist---called on Thursday done on Monday with prior authorization ---not impressed with office staff, follow-up, ownership(other dentist said canal was missed in initial rot canal) and cost was far higher

Clean, friendly, great chair side manner. Still not completely sure that I really needed a root canal.
