Dr. Kenneth David Wright

This 'doctor' and I use the term loosely, was assigned to see my mom in the Generations Ward for aggressive Alzheimer's, which according to this information he doesn't even specialize in. She was there over a week, in which time she got progressively worse, not better. He wouldn't even talk to us (we were told he doesn't talk to the family) so when an incident happen where she was injured and we weren't notified until we showed up to visit the next day, we very respectfully checked her out. When she began having mental problems again, the nursing home had to send her to the local hospital. The attending physician called the Generations unit (unbeknown to us at the time) and this sorry excuse for a doctor refused her. Of course, we wouldn't have let her go back there and be 'treated' by him again anyway, but he had nerve! My only hope is perhaps he will feel as helpless and hopeless one day and maybe he will then care more (or at least some) about his patients and their families. … I wouldn't even give him one star but I wanted to make sure this review went through.

Dr. Downed the company he was there to work for stating that the clients were too difficult and complex for him to want to deal with since he already has one job at Saline Memorial. Acted like the most insecure doctor I believe I have ever met and boy that has been a lot. Just because a Mentally Ill Retarded person ask him for a med change every visit with the doctor.Dr. said he was going to ask that the patient get another doctor because eveidently the patient didn''t have confidence in him as a doctor. What's the kicker is that wanting to change meds all the time is one the patients short comings. All the Dr. has to say is no. I felt he made a total fool of himself. Especially in front of the patient who did not understand why he was saying all that stuff.
