Dr. Kenneth R Zaslav, MD

My experience has been terrible. I called and made an appt for this office for Monday 01/23 and they told me I needed a referral. I got a referral from the doctor that referred me to see an orthopedic doctor. They told me they got it and it was fine.. on Friday afternoon at 3:40PM his office calls me and tell me the referral is not valid and I have to get a nother one. Im explaining to them that I don't have to see the PCP because the other specialist is the one that sent me over there and I'm in so much pain that I just cancelled their stupid appointment. How can they wait until Friday afternoon to tell me that the referral is not valid when they had told me before it was fine. Terrible communication. I work in a specialist office and we would never do that to a patient. Don't go to this office as they communication sucks

He is the best doc. So sorry to see him leave even though I am happy for his new opportunity

Dr. Zaslav is the most amazing doctor ever! He cares about his patients. He will explain things to you until you understand. He doesn’t go straight to surgery, he will try everything non surgical first. He’s sooooooooo nice! The staff is great too! They are really nice and explain things as many times as you need too! ??

My visit with Dr. Zaslav was nothing short of pleasant and professional. Dr. Zaslav is excellent, he was straight up and honest. He also took his time to listen to everything I had to say. I recommend Dr Zaslav and his team to everyone. They are amazing!!

I think Dr Z is an excellent Dr, but I wish he was better at explaining thi gs to me and not make ne feel like he is rushing to get away from me and get to his next patient

Dr. Z is clearly knows what he is doing, an exceptional doctor... as long as you're not looking for him to actually communicate with you. His bedside manner borders on ride, but I think he’s just so clever that he doesn’t take his time anymore, if he ever did. It’s off-putting.

Dr. Z is smart, funny, thorough, candid, conservative in his approach (cutting is often the last thing out of his mouth) and a great listener who believes in getting his patient back to what is normal for that patient.

Initial visit to see Dr. Zaslav. The team was prompt and friendly. He took the time to have meaningful personal conversation and learn about me and my activities. He explained the treatments thoroughly. He left me with a high degree of confidence on next steps and long-term goals. Looking forward to working with him and his team over the next couple of months. Happy to offer a review. This is the first time I’ve left a doctor’s office wanting to write a thank you letter! Highly recommend.
