Dr. Kenny Maurice Brantley, MD

His office staff is the rudest office staff I have ever worked with. They are unwilling to help you with anything and when you question them they send you a termination of service letter. Vanessa (a practice administrator) lied to me and then told me I was the one who had made the mistake. It’s so sad when a receptionist’s pride gets in the way of a patient and their doctor.

Dr. Brantley has been my doctor for many years and he has always taken wonderful care of me and explained everything. I had to have surgery and his staff got that referral done and his insurance person helped me understand about how my insurance paid my bill. I highly recommend him and his office.

I’ve been going to Dr Brantley for nearly 5 years. My bills are always paid on time. Recently, we have experienced a huge set-back. After receiving 2 calls from dr Brantley’s office regarding my late bill (just 2 months) for $120.00, I was threatened with discharge from their office and she was quite rude. Look, they don’t know me or our situation, so I was surprised when they were so threatening. In these times (Corona Virus) we are all struggling just to find toilet paper. I will find another doctor and I suggest you do, too!

Dr Brantley is an excellent endo, and I’ve invested 5 years with him. My most recent visit, scheduled 6 months before, was rescheduled by request of his staff. When I arrived I learned that I wouldn’t be seeing Dr Brantley but a nurse practitioner. I asked why- they had called the week before to reschedule and I’ve never seen anyone but the doctor. His staff has always been terrible, but they were even worse when I kept questioning why I was demoted to the b team. I finally learned that he has taken on another doctors patient load and he is seeing them. The nurse is nice, but I don’t have 5 years of relationship with her. To show how terrible his staff is, they then sent a certified letter telling me I was no longer a patient. They don’t like being questioned, which is fine because I put my health first even if they don’t.

I have been going to Dr Brantley about 8 years. It is true his office staff comes across rude. But he’s a great Dr. very caring and listens to you. Great service and care! His nurse Susan is a very compassionate person. I would highly recommend him.

I have never been to an office with such rude office staff. The lady with dark maroon hair is so unprofessional. The office staff is very rude and uncaring. I have been seeing Dr. for many years and this is the only reason I continue. he is very smart but I know a drug rep that has told me many patients are going elsewhere because of the poor service from the staff. Do not waste your time- very rude.Very bad for Dr because he is so kind but to me , it isn't worth continuing there. I found another new doctor in town and the staff is marvelous.Very caring.

Has changed drastically. He used to het to the root of the problem and care. The one professional office lady Diane is gone. There is always arguing among staff and office manager yelling at patients or turning away. Has no emergency appointments anymore. When they do work you in the bedside manner is gone and they tell you go to er. When er wuestions about have u have this checked they are shocked that it wasnt done then when endocrine test come back sky high then the dr offoce tries to back track and cover self in 6 years have seen his nurse 2 times and he pulled nurse out last time. Last time was there the other doctor yanked this dr out of the room. I got labs in the mail FOUR months after having them taken. He just doesnt seem lile the same personor doctor and his kffice is and always has been terrible. Eventhough he is suppossed to be tbe best in Amarillo actively looking for another doctor mostly because of I hate sitting in his offoce and hearing thenstaff act lile children

Very poor office staff.

Disinterested doctor, nursing staff rude and incompetent. Even with repeated prompting, it takes approximately weeks (6) to receive feedback .
