I have been to this Doctor and had a Colonoscopy. He hangs his hat on a normal colonoscopy. He doesn’t see the forest for the trees. I am a retired well educated R.N. And I don’t care where he graduated from. He needs to go back to school AND listen to his patients.maybe he needs to feel like he’ll to listen to his patients and not write them off.

THE BEST! Almost ten years ago I was taken by ambulance to Ocean Medical not knowing exactly what was wrong with myself. I could not have gotten any luckier by Dr. Chiu walking into my room and becoming my Doctor! Dr. Chiu is very thorough, easy to talk to, calls you back as soon as possible regarding any problem or question you may have. Office staff is very nice too.

Dr. Chiu is an excellent MD. Made getting a colonoscopy one of the most comfortable experiences. Thank you for your kindness and gentle manor.

Dr. Chiu is an excellent doctor. He is professional, courteous, and precise in explaining your condition and treatment options. His office services, on the other hand, does not meet expectations. Once you are there, the staff is polite and efficient, but getting through to the office to get an appointment can be a challenge. The phone is often busy and when you do get through the holding time is long and frustrating. Maybe they need to hire more office or maybe get more lines, not sure.

Dr Chiu is excellent. The staff is very poor. I live in another state now and have very politely made THREE requests during the past 6 wks for my 2011 colonoscopy report. I explained the urgency - I'm having intestinal bleeding, cannot get an appointment with a GI doctor for two mos, but I COULD get a colonoscopy IF I have my previous record. Since I have received nothing, my only option is to make a 4 hr round trip to pick it up myself. I am extremely upset that after indicating it would be sent, they obviously could not care less.

Dr. Kenny Chiu is one of the best Doctors I've Have Ever Seen In His Filed. He really explains everything to you , and takes the time to explain procedures that you will under go. His Staff is also Outstanding, and they take Good Care of you.
