Dr. Kent Thomas Braeutigam, DO

I recently moved here from another state and made the appointments to see Dr.Braeutigam, and been there times and never sent him. I was suppose to have surgery and ket tem know since I've been here and they informed me they received my old Dr.'s records for me and. ever even acted or even asked me about it. I am older and I. pain and am in need if thos surgery and I've been going fr almost four months and they don't care t hear it listen. Changing Dr.'s

He has been my doctor since 2005. He has been the absolute best Primary Care Doctor I have ever had. An he has the best staff. Everyone is very special to me.

I have been going to Dr. B since 1984 for all of my Family. I have had many medical problems over the last year and a half which happens after you reach that 50+ age but the last few times I have been there it seems as though he is rushing me out the door and not real interested in what I have to say. I really don't understand! I am seeing many specialist and I need him to coordinate there diagnosis and all the different medications they are giving me. I need my Medical Coach "Dr. B" I have been and still am very depressed and fatique because of the results from my tests and am looking for the sympathy and concern he had always shown me in the past. His staff has never been the greatest to say the least. They are so rude, don't sent out test results or it takes a month or two before they do so but I can't say that about Barbie or CJ as they are always very polite, very friendly especially Barbie and CJ is always very prompt should you need to call her about refills that… havn't been called in. Oh and for Jamie in the lab she always has a smile even if she is having a bad day herself. You gotta love her. I really hope that my next visit with Dr. B is different. I need my Doctor and I hope that he hasn't gotten so many new patients now that he doesn't need me or any other of his patients expecially the ones of us that have been coming there for so long. Dr. B. please come back to being the doctor that you had been and I know you to are human and maybe you also had things going on in your personal life that made it hard for you to, to focus on my needs and if so I hope things are better for you. See you soon! Suggestion: Those patients that have serious medical issues it would be nice if you all did follow up on them (me) right now to see how things are going as it is hard to get a message to you that I hear back from you on.--Just Saying that could make your practice more than what others are.

excellent doctor!!!! my husband and i , kept him as our primary care doctor for eighteen years until we moved out of the state of florida. his bedside manners and the time he spent with us , was excellent. in all those years we never had a bad diagnosis and hiis staff was always courteous . we will never find another doctor that can compares to him ! miss you dr.B

One time I got my appointment days confused and they automatically changed my appointment even though they were booked. They are always professional and kind.
