Dr Lam is courteous and helpful willing to go the extra mile for a patient like me. His team is also fantastic. First class care!

This is my second visit. As a trained provider I know schedules can get hectic but it’s been an hour and I’ve yet to see Dr. Lam. Just total disrespect of patient’s time. Front desk staff asked in the back (after I waited 30+ Minutes I inquired at the front desk). I was initially told “they don’t know” when they can get to me. Late AND inconsiderate. According to his LPNs, more than hour wait is the usual. Will find another practice from here on. Wasn’t seen after an hour and 20 minutes and had to go.

Outstanding care for ear nose and throat problems

My PCP referred me to Dr. Lam to check on a bad sinus infection lasting for several months. The visit turned out to be outstanding, Dr. Lam sampled some pus from my nose and then personally called me with the results. I have been very impressed with Dr Lam's care and attention to detail.
