Dr. Keren Marie Holmes, MD

Rude. Dropped for no reason.

I've been with Dr. Holmes for about fifteen years now, following her to multiple practices. I'm thrilled to see she'll be back somewhere soon, as I can always trust her to really listen to me and help find the root of a problem. She's been amazing.

Dr. Holmes was not aware of the plans HCA had at closing the location. She was unfortunately notified on the the last day by HCA. She will be re-opening soon at another location.

I saw her one day and the next week her office closed with no notice. She should have communicated that to her patients in advance rather than leaving them without a PCP

She doesn’t care about her patients. Poor office management.

I would not recommend this doctor as her communication to patients, staff, and other physicians via referrals is woefully inadequate. In some instances that can be the difference between a good or bad patient outcome. She is disinterested in listening to, or even acknowledging, the illegitimacy of patient concerns. Additionally, it's apparent that her review of the medical files related to overall patient medical history is superficial at best.

I moved to Nashville about a year ago. I needed a doctor and thankfully I found Dr.Holmes. She is the best doctor I have ever been to! She really listens to you and is very helpful. I would highly recommend her!

When reading through the reviews, you'll find that this practice has the very shady habit of terminating their relationships with patients who complain or leave bad reviews. Seriously, it happened to me after I complained about being miss-billed (on more than one occasion) and when I was given incorrect blood work. How weird is that?

I'm very comfortable trusting my healthcare to Dr. Holmes and her staff. She's referred me to specialists where I've also had positive experiences.

I love Dr. Keren Holmes
