I loved her. I got so much relief when she did my procedure.

This Dr’s office does not return phone calls. When you have questions or concerns, it is virtually impossible to communicate with them. On day of procedure, nurse opens door to waiting room and calls out patient name. Patient goes back with nurse - there is no discussion with the family member who comes with the patient, so you assume patient is going back to fill out paperwork or get ready for procedure. But patient does not come back. Nurse again opens door & calls out name & tells you to drive around to door to pick up patient. Procedure is over & there has been no discussion with the family member. Patient could not stand up & almost fell getting into car. Then when home, patient could not walk. They seem to run their patients in and out way too fast. Patient is still under effects of anesthesia when released .

I've been calling for a week, leaving messages with no return phone calls. I saw her for the first time last week and she told me if I had any problems with my medication to call her office. I am having a serious side affect and her office has yet to call me. They do not seem to care! This side affect is so bad that I can't even drive.
