Go elsewhere, spent a few minutes with me after being seen by a student who took my information. At one point told me to look through the records I was asked to bring with me for what he needed and said he had other patients? Do not be fooled by the automated messages that have you answer questions and the a well done video.

I went 5 or 6 appointments and told them since working with DoL that I needed to see doctor. Even changed appointments to see him and they promised I would. I never met him. Only saw PA's. Then on last visit when I stressed how much I needed to see doctor and I was disappointed to see a PA again, she left room came back 7 minutes later with another PA and they released me (illegally by the way) as a patient and at no point was I loud or abusive. I even told the PA's I thought they were very knew their stuff, but I needed to meet the doctor. If I could give zero stars I would. Even my new doctor and another doctor I have seen for other things, told me they had nothing good to say about him.

Do not see this Mr. Kern Singh. He doesnt deserve the title of doctor and shows no sign of ever being one. He should stick to writing his articles about things he knows nothing about. 4 other doctors said I need surgery, he said no surgery. He said he doesn't see anything that should be causing me pain. His idea of pain is probably actually listening and spending time with a patient. When I asked what his recommendation would be. He said "nothing, I'm a surgeon". He wasn't in the room for even 2 minutes.

I'm very much confident in Dr Singh. After much research I feel I'm in good hands with this surgeon. He was very professional and made us comfortable during my consultation for spine surgery. His assistants were professional as well. I'm grateful to have his expertise for my surgery.

1 Star for the office décor, No Stars for Mr. Singh. Kern Singh is an arrogant, dismissive individual. Waited 1 week for a 3 minute dismissal from an Indian scammer who probably made $750.00 from Blue Cross/Blue Shield to tell me he found "nothing objective". No courtesy, no care, no questions. He then tells me to talk to my primary physician regarding "pain management" after I told Kern that I have taken over 170 pills in 13 days. He is an insurance scammer hell-bent on churning the system. Reminds me of the Patels. Singh has NO empathy, and I would not recommend him to anyone. Find another doctor and DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. He should be reported to the AMA and I will leave a similar review when asked by Rush.

Dr. Singh didn’t bother to make an appearance at my appointment. I suppose that would be fine if the follow up care/referrals promised were provided. I have received no follow up care/communications since my appointment despite the online tools used by this office to facilitate the appointment. Not sure what’s next so I guess I have to look for another provider. They efficiently collected my copay though. Disappointing for sure.

I received exceptional care from Dr. Singh and his team. He is not only a brilliant surgeon, but a kind and patient physician. I met him after 5 years of frustrating pain from cervical spinal stenosis - bouncing from doctor to doctor to doctor, searching for help. He was a breathe of fresh air and took the time to listen to me. He explained why my spine would not improve without surgery, and recommended a much less invasive procedure than other surgeons who wanted to fuse my spine. The morning of my surgery, he even popped over to see me, with a smile, a fist bump and a “Let’s do this!” This extra effort put me at ease. I’m pleased to say my surgery was successful and only weeks after surgery, I’m living again! I am beyond grateful to Dr. Singh and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs spine surgery.

went to see Dr. Singh due to spinal stenosis in my lumbar region. I had had spinal fusion surgery 5 to 6 years ago from another surgeon with a more "traditional" type of back surgery. Last year I needed another spinal fusion at the level above. I chose Dr. Singh because of his minimally invasive procedures, and recovery time. Dr. Singh and his minimally invasive procedures were the way to go! Dr. Singh, and all his staff were nothing but kind, professional, and very attentive to all my questions as well as follow up visits! I have nothing but good things to say about this man and his staff. I did not choose him because of his "bedside manner". .. though it was great!!! I chose him because he was the BEST at what he does! And I did not want to experience another back surgery that took me at least a full 1-2 years to fully recover! I was back to work as an occupational therapist in less than 8 weeks!!! Sometimes I forget I even had back surgery at all!
