The best doctor in town!!!

I love love Dr.Heron she’s very caring and professional and knowledgeable she cares and listens to your concerns and with her knowledge whether it’s meds or if she says needs to exercise or even drink plenty of water it works she’s not the Dr. that likes to put you on a lot of meds... Overall if I could give her a 10 I will......

They all are great taking care of u very well, I enjoy going their even to have blood work done now they are awesome.

The staff is very courteous and respectful to clients. They display great professionalism.

Hands down best doctor and best office I have ever had. Not only am I seen in a timely professional manner they always add a touch of warmth and caring. You just don't find that these days, no you don't

Dr. Heron is very professional and very patient with her patients. Very caring, answers your questions, and make sure you are satisfied with your visit before you leave.

I am a sister of Dr. Heron's ex-patient - Mary. Mary saw her for a large number of years. Not sure how many. She seemed to be caring and knowledgeable. Did a lot of teaching along with pt care. Then Mary received a letter discharging her from the doctor's care, out of the blue. No discussion or warning or any legitimate reason. The letter did say that Mary owed about 50 or 60 dollars that was about a month behind. But Mary usually kept her MD bills up. If the money was late, it was because she was sick and could not fill out her checks to pay. And would do it later. You see, Mary is a disabled nurse, and at the time was w/c bound. She used her hoveround at home and did well. But when I took her to the MD, she used her walker and the office w/c. I got on the SEC. one time about yelling out Mary's business to the whole lobby: "Mary you owe a balance of 13 dollars". I told her it was not professional to yell out the patient's personal info like that. … That might have made them mad. I don't know. But for Dr. Heron to treat Mary like that was cruel and unprofessional. It's possible that the doctor doesn't know anything about it. Could have been all that secretary 'S doing. We just let it go. If they were that mean and cruel to a 70 yr old senior, we did not want to continue going to her anyway. I'm sure there were many pts that may owe much more than 50 dollars that are still pts there. And I agree with another writer, she did not like for the pt to ask ?S about their own bodies. THE END

Dr. Heron is a good doctor. Sherry her nurse is the best around. She always calls you back promptly. She goes beyond her duties.

Have been patient for many years. Dr Heron is excellent.
