Dr. Kerry Patrick Gowell, MD

Could zero please be an option as this MD and staff are not deserving of any star. They are so condescending, and it's funny how you get talked down to if less than five minutes late but they had me and my boyfriend waiting there for hours and no apology from doctor Gowell or staff. Appointments are rushed, doctor doesn't seem to care about anything said about pain no matter how severe it is, I left feeling like we only wasted our whole day instead of seeing a different provider who'd actually have some compassion and try to find out what's going on. Zero stars here.

Would never see this doctor again and would not recommend him to anyone. He did not help me at all, tried to push devices and surgery that weren't necessary though, all the while with a snarky, higher than thou disposition. My significant other also got negative vibes and did not trust him, I see a much better physician now who genuinely seems to care about what's best for the patient. Also, if you're even two minutes late you get an attitude from front desk staff but they don't care if the patient waits for hours, and for substandard medical treatment.

Nothing positive to say regarding my experience having an appt. with this doctor. His opinion of himself seems super inflated, he was entirely disinterested in my medical problems/concerns and he is incredibly bias. He asks patients to remember to write good reviews about him, sorry but I will write the truth and not what he tries to guilt or force patients into saying. This gyn is full of himself and should care more about the patient than bragging about himself and blowing off real medical issues. Would not recommend and no stars is a more fitting option.

Wouldn't see this provider again

I would highly recommend Dr. Gowell as an OBGYN. He has performed 3 different surgeries on me and ALL have had no complications afterward and needed very minimal recovery time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!!

Dr. Gowell isn't the best but not the worst, I guess I'd rate him in the middle. I think patients deserve the same courtesy of respect for their time and appointment slot as the office expects. I find it funny that if a patient is even slightly late they treat you like you had the nerve to be late and have to reschedule but if they're one, two, three hours late seeing us we shouldn't complain or be insulted, total double standard, patients have jobs, lives and our time is important as well, yet we get charged if we're late or miss the app. Why don't offices like this refund us a portion or treat us for free if they do that to us, isn't that only fair? I would've appreciated atleast an apology from Dr. Gowell, but I guess it all depends on who you are, I get the impression that the more influential, wealthier patients get treated better by him and staff.
