Dr. Ketan Gajendrab Goswami, MD

As a Dr he is good. However, calling his office to talk to anyone is a nightmare. Virtual VRU loop and options - and you NEVER get to talk to a live person. Totally, totally unacceptable and a horrible experience. Not good about returning calls to providers who require authorization from the Dr before they ship out diabetic supplies - this is a travesty!

I've had my share of unpleasant doctor's visits. This was the exact opposite. From the moment I made the appointment, I had no issues. Everyone was kind and genuinely cared. I will definitely trust Dr Goswami and his practice to handle my needs!

Very caring Doctor

Wow! Dr. Goswami really does not give a patient the time to get to know him. A very abstinate man who would rather speed through an office visit than to listen to a patient. Being an ending for a brittle diabetic is so much more than numbers and data, but that is so very lost on this man! Added to this, he leaves a diabetic with the DISTINCT impression that whatever is wrong with him/her is his/her own fault! PLEASE TRUST ME; THIS IS N-O-T THE RIGHT DOCTOR FOR YOU!!!

First off I enjoy and feel at ease when I am able to get in touch with my Dr and or his staff. Here at North Atl I have not been able to speak with an actual human being. I am always being transferred to someone's voice mail or even the front desk receptionist voice mail. I am a type 1 diabetic and this is very frustrating not having a Dr that I can communicate with. My A1c have been around 9!for some time I go between the nurse practitioner who changes most everything on my pump settings then back to Dr Goswami who changes little to nothing. I am a very brittle diabetic and so my sugars are very hard to control. Upon my last visit Dr Goswami told me he could no longer help me and only put me down across the board told me to find a new endocrinologist and basically left me feeling helpless as if this disease is not hard enough to handle as it is. I think I may have hurt feeling when I called and expressed how frustraited I was with the whole office staff. Dr Goswami came into the… office with complete attitude and told me nothing but to find a new endo. Wow! What a Dr...

After waiting an hour I was finally seen by The Doctor. I saw him to get a test for an auto immune thyroid condition that most of my family has and I have the same symptoms. My insurance requires an Endo to order the test. He talked to me like I was 3 to explain my blood test were normal. I said I know but I have the symptoms and I needed to be tested for the autoimmune anti bodies. He said it is no use he wouldn't treat me even if I had the auto immune condition so said that was it bye. I will never visit that office nor recommend it and will tell everyone I can to avoid the place. Crooks!

I recently was referred to this doctor by my general practice doctor. When I got there it was a long wait to get back, once I got back the doctor had no clue what I was there for. He actually thought I was there for my diabetes and that was not at all the case. He spend 5 mins with me said he had no clue why I was sent there and then gave me a form to have a test ran at my doctor. After talking with my doctor she was very upset the test he order can only be done in the office of a Endocrinologist. So after a hour drive and 150.00 later I still am in the same place as before. Heading back to this crazy office for the test if they ever call me back. Hopefully after a talk with my doctor and a few harsh words they can get this visit right. Will update after visit.

Dr. Goswami is very keen and up to date on the latest trends and medication options. He goes out of his way to work with you over long periods of time to adjust medication, diet, and other factors for you.

Very professional physician and staff. Also very caring. Took time to explain all lab results and what was needed for follow=up

I have had quality issues with this office: 1) charged for blood work that was not performed. 2) Nurse was giving me an injection that was not prescribed to me. I quetioned the injection since the doctor did not mention it and it was for another patient. 3) will not call in prescription or fax for patient causing a disruption in insulin therapy.
