Dr. Ketan Bakul Patel, MD

This doctor's office claimed they did a procedure on my son's foot that was not performed and billed my insurance company for it. I called the office no less than 20 times to try to get resolution, never receiving the return phone calls I was promised. After calling for MONTHS I finally got through to the billing manager today and was told that the dr claimed the procedure was done and the bill is due. They are dishonest and part of the reason we have the extreme healthcare costs in this country that we do. I will be reporting them to my insurance company but please beware of overcharging and insurance fraud if you to go this office.

Wow! Dr. Patel has such an amazing bedside manner. Made the entire appointment quick and painless. Spent a lot of time educating me on the problem, the different ways to address it (medical and at home) and answering all my questions. Truly one of my favorite physicians. Can’t wait to come back!!
