Unexpected heart surgery. Dr. Ung explained procedure very throughly. Surgery went very well and he visited 2 to 3 times a day. Kept on top of related issues like low oxygen and high blood pressure. He is excellent.

I think he and his staff offered great service. I am upset about the previous reviewer who rated him a 1 star when she was mad at the medical records person?!?

this review is actually for the lady SHEILA in the medical records department. She is VERY rude and I dont like her. She does not listen to people when they call, she talks over you and i dont appreciate it on bit. I am grown as well as SHEILA, dont disrespect someone unless your willing to get disrespected. If she wants to KEEP her job she should be a little more curtious. Thank you
