The dental hygienists are very good and that is who I had most of my visits. My husband and I were patients of Dr Artl's for aprox 2.5 yrs during that time Dr artl made a set of upper and lower partials for me. They look awful. the tooth color is way off and very noticeable, the bottom set never fit and when I told him about it he said I would get used to the color and when he makes another set of bottoms he would make a different kind. Prior to making the teeth he had me go to an oral surgeon to have tori removed and 5 teeth! The teeth did not have cavities they did have fillings but they dropped down into the space left in the bottom and he said this is the best way to do it. I asked him to make acrylic partials and he told me the other way would be better. So I trusted him...my mistake I find out later that with the acrylic I would not have had to have the Tori removed!! An extremely painful surgery. and my other teeth could've been saved. I can not eat with the partials and I can… not use my insurance to get another set for several yrs. Dr Artl is very rude and obnoxious he did more damage then good.
