Had back surgery from Boyer and after severe pain he said 'I must have missed something. After second surgery have not been able to walk. Went to another neurologist and he said that I just had another of his victims here yesterday.

It has been several years since my surgery. I am under pain management now. Unable to work. Disabled. I have heard from other health professionals unfavorable comments about this neurosurgeon. I heard he is no longer in this area?

I've had to have 3 spinal surgeries over 8 years due to spinal deterioration. Each time I was put at ease by his experience, patience and kind nature. From the time of the first appointment to following up after surgery, he and his staff were friendly, professional and did not rush to get me out of the office. They spent time answering all of my questions. It has been over 5 years and I am still pain-free with no pain medications.

During the month of November, 2017, my husband (age 77) developed excruciating pain from what felt like a pinched nerve in his back. He could barely walk. We knew that his life-long profession as a commercial carpenter had left him with a compressed spine, as well as arthritis -- but, up until then, he had very little discomfort from the condition. We went to the emergency room at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital, where they did an MRI and referred us to Front Range Spine & Neurosurgery in Lone Tree, Colorado. We were fortunate to meet with Dr. Kevin Boyer, who was new to this area. Not only is he experienced and informed -- he is personable, and listens to his patient's concerns. On November 28th, Dr. Boyer performed a spinal posterior fusion at the Skyridge Medical Center, which left my husband, Rich, completely free of pain. Received a lot of false promises that surgery would make me pain free. In more pain...can not work. He wanted to do more surgery. A second and third opinion advised against additional surgery. No longer patient. Ignored me after I did not want more surgery. Doctor and staff worst bedside manner ever.

should have read the reviews and asked around.After surgery, I did quick internet search it . shows he has had malpractice suits. No wonder...my surgery did not go well. can't sleep through night it a lot of pain.

Lost job...unable to work...in more pain after surgery by Dr. Boyer. Sought 2nd opinion after surgery was told growth would re occur again. Boyer pre surgery diagnosis quick recovery pain free. This did not happen! I wish I read the reviews before I saw him.. Post surgery he ignored my reports of pain...more painful than before surgery. What a mistake!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Boyer and his office. The care that they extended was superb and Dr. Boyer is a fantastic surgeon. I suffered for years with back problems and he took great care of me. My surgery was fairly recent, my recovery has been excellent and I am looking forward to an active future. I had resigned myself to a life a tremendous pain and inactivity and because of Dr. Boyer, that has changed. I am so happy. Thanks Doc and crew.
