Looking for another doctor!!!

My first time seeing this physician and I am very pleased with him, his staff, the facility in general. Basically very short wait time and I was greeted in a friendly manner. I have told my family about my wonderful experience. I will definitely continue with Dr. Burns to be my family physician. Thank you, Dr. Burns!

Horrendous, condescending bedside manner. Would not listen, in fact would not even look up from computer. Was insulting. I hung in there for a while because his nurse is great but could no longer take that kind of treatment and basically have to doubt his medical skills.

Worst bedside manner. Didn't want to listen to patient.

He treated my mom real good

Dr, Burns is a doctor in name only. He has no real concern for his patients. His solution to everything is to refer you to some one else. No bedside mannerr at all. Spends most of his tome typing on the computer. No real interaction with the patient. I was referred to him following a hospital stay. Three years later I finally realized that there are much better doctors around so it is TIME TO MOVE ON

As soon as he came into the room, I felt I was bothering him, he did'nt accept questions and concerns well. His bedside manner really needs working on, when asking questions he face was flushed and his response was like he was angry. I felt very uncomfortable with my visit, and was glad that the nurse came back in to verify what was going on. I would never recommend him nor will I ever see him again. I feel he needs another profession or needs to seek help for anger issues.
