Dr. Kevin Joseph Donnelly, MD

I have been to Dr Donnelly 3 times...and I will have to say, that it’s really sad that not all Doctors are as nice and compassionate as he is..He is always ready to answer any questions I have..And yes we’ve had to wait a bit to get in...but trust me that he’s worth it..He also has a great sense of humor, which always should make the patient feel great..I thank him for being the Doctor that he is..Thank you Dr, Donnelly..

one of the most caring doctors in his field. He has done so much for our family. he makes you feel as though you are part of his family. He goes out of his way to help his patients any way he can. he has a great staff also. the only thing is the wait time. but he is worth the wait. i wish all doctors were as caring as he is. thank you doc and your staff for being there in our time of need.

I made an appointment. After waiting I asked I asked how much longer. The Office manager advised me that "We did you a favor giving you an appointment" I told her "You have a very arrogant attitude" and left. There is not even an email address to contact Dr. Kevin Donnelly. Poor customer service.

Dr.Donnelly is a excellent doctor who helped me get better,and improved my quality of life.I literally thought and resolved myself to being limited to do anything. He is the doctor you want ,honest thorough great personality and i cant praise him enough. Im just so grateful to have had a honest caring doctor.

After waiting over an hour each time I tried to see this doctor I was told he comes in when he gets there. There was no emergency, no traffic delay or other issue just gets there when he gets there. I don't want someone like this working on me.

Horrible office and nursing staff. Bad enough to scare me away from the doctors services.

I wish there were more than 5 stars for Dr. Donnelly. He is the highest ideal for what a patient wants and needs in a dr. They don't come any better.

Wrote me a prescription for Cipro ear drops. I realized after I paying for it that he had given me something I was allergic to. I called his office repeatedly for a new prescription and after a week since my appointment, still have not heard back from them. Will not go back nor will I refer anyone to him.

Good doctor, but the worst customer service from the office staff. They mixed up appointments, never got messages to the doctor, didn't ever call with test results and never returned phone calls. Seemed very bothered to be answering questions or even trying to schedule an appointment. I would tell the doc that I'm not returning, but I can't get him on the phone and I'm certain he's not receiving my messages!
