Dr Dux spent little time listening to my concerns. Took X-ray of foot and told me to get meds to help with pain. Received bill and he put visit as outpatient so he could charge insurance more and my insurance wouldn’t pay amount it would have paid for office visit. So I had to pay out-of-pocket 3x the amount. Called office to ask about recoding and I was told sorry that is how he codes. Very poor business skills!

I had several visit with this doctor and spent an extensive amount of money on multiple types of insoles,shoes and co pays. And I was still dealing with the same problems for several months. I finally booked another appointment with a different Doctor. And guess what he did? He took X Rays of my feet and gave me the proper diagnosis, on the 1st visit. And yes, I had to purchase new custom insoles, again! A very disappointing experience with Dr. Dux
