Awesome Dr.! very caring

Had my first appointment. Came in very nervous due to a previous pregnancy loss. He was quick to perform the exam and gave clear information. So far enjoying my experience with him as part of my care team.

I Give Dr. Fleishman a 10+. He is exceptional! He is the Best!

Dr. Fleshman was excellent—thorough, easy to talk to, and genuinely attentive. As a new patient, I appreciated his professionalism and care. However, the administrative side of the office needs improvement. Several of my appointments were canceled via text without automatic rescheduling, and reaching someone by phone was difficult. Each time I rescheduled, the next available appointment was more than a month out. Additionally, there was confusion at checkout regarding scheduling an IUD removal, with conflicting instructions between staff. Overall, the clinical experience with Dr. Fleshman was fantastic, but the office and clerical processes were disorganized.

Apparently a lot of new staff, I was told verbally that I was "all checked in" for my annual appointment AFTER my Mamogram BUT as I waited 25 minutes passed my appointment time & watched people who came in way after me go into their appointments, I re-approached the front desk only to find out that they indeed did NOT check me in and I had wasted 25 minutes, waiting in the waiting room. That being said, MAMOGRAM was flawless. Great, clearly experienced technician who was very kind & caring. Annual Appointment itself was quick. Always feels a bit rushed. Explains the revolving door & busy waiting room. Check out was quick & very friendly.

Dr. Fleishman is always caring, professional and trustworthy. He makes the office visits pleasant and is also very thorough. I’ve been his patient for 10+ years and he has always remembered me, my family and my concerns. There is no one else like him in the medical field. Thank you for always caring.

The office was run efficiently, timely and clean by the staff. Dr. Fleishman was direct, open and frank. A conversation sharing medical info was part of my annual check up

I am new to the area and so this is a new doctor for me. I was a little nervous at first but he is an excellent doctor and very kind. All the new doctor and new city jitters are gone and I’m glad I made a good choice.

Every-time I visit Dr. Fleishman I learned more and more about myself and my body. He is doing an excellent job and he cares about his patients. I’m happy that I came to this practice and it’s so much better from Lee Health ??
