Dr. Kevin Mark Haney, MD

After telling me THREE times, to get a colonoscopy to make certain that my "Irritable Bowel Syndrome" was only that, he finally insisted. I was diagnosed with Stage IIIC Colon Cancer through My Own Fault! The care for injuries and illnesses I have received from him has been exemplary. He has stopped seeing new patients as of this writing, because he is intelligent, proficient, and a true gentleman. He also does not insult the intelligence of his patients, unlike some other doctors I have encountered. The fact that I did not pursue an MD gives some doctors a need to stand in judgement, and feel superior to their patients. Dr. Haney has never assumed that I am unintelligent, because I am not in his profession.

I have been going to Dr. Haney now for many years and have always enjoyed the visits. He is not quick to push a pill but is willing to investigate a problem. My dr. before him was aways trying to proscribe a pill to fix a problem and he had me on so many medications that I rattled when I walked. Dr. Haney Started off by finding out the reasons for the medications and if there was not a reason for the meds we looked into stopping them. He now has me on just a blood pressure pill and if I loose some weight I could probably drop that as well. He is willing to listen and If I suggest something he thinks about is and then gives me a go head or tell me where my reasoning may be wrong. He is willing to work with you to make you better. I wished more doctors were like him....

Takes the time to really listen. Really cares about his patients.

Dr. Haney is kind, spends time with you, very accuate with his diagnoses. Treats my husband & myself with great respect. Not many like him around!

Dr. Haney is the best doctor I have ever had. He is caring and very smart. Always spends enough time with me and does as much as he can to help. He is a Excellent doctor. But he needs to fire his nurse she is VERY RUDE and should not have become a nurse.

I have been seeing him for several years now and he always spends plenty of time listening and explaining things to me. I have RA and Fibromyalgia and could not ask for a better family physician to connect things together

My first contact with Dr. Haney was in 2008 after a back injury from a fall. I did not have a family doctor and was given his name by the ER personnel. I had not been to a doctor in many years. From my very first visit he made me feel at ease and I felt as if I had known him all my life (I wish I had). He listens to everything you have to say and understands what your talking about. If both of you start to talk at the same time he stops and let's you continue with what you were saying. His staff is very good. His nurse that talks to you prior to the doctor coming in is very good. She gets all the information about your condition before you see the doctor. Thank you Dr. Haney for taking me on as a patient.

Dr. Haney is a very professional physician. He has the utmost bedside manners. He's very caring, compasionate and I've always had the feeling of I've known him all my life when I'm in his office. He's been my physician for seven years and hope he remains my physician forever. Thank you Dr. Haney!
