Dr. Kevin Charles Harrison, DO

BEST DR. IN TOWN FOR PRIMARY CARE. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY DRS IN MY TIME, I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.

I've been seeing Dr. Harrison for Hashimotos now for over nine years. He listens well and tried to offer help based on what my insurance will provide. Over the years, he does seem to be complacent with treatment, simply shrugging off sympotms to "hashimotos' and I have been told, 'What do you except, you're Hasshimotos." I except to feel my best and would love it if treatment was more active and soultions to new ways of feeling my best were offered. But if I do press him he will offer alternative solutions, just wish he was more pro active. Office personal is good and always try to fit me in if needed and try to do their best, which I appreciate. I've seen a lot of doctors over the 28 years I've been managing Hashimotos and think he does his best given his expereince but wish he took more initiative tp stay on top of new treatment methods or even info concerning the disease rather than rest on old information but there's worst Doctors out there and I'm grateful I have atleast him.

Dr. Harrison is great; however, he needs improvement on his office staff. They seem quite unprofessional. I went in there for an appointment, which his staff made, and was told that they messed up the appointment book and could not see me during my scheduled appointment time. Mind I went and gave blood a week prior, specifically for this appointment. So, two times I took off work to see him. I asked if I could please be worked in (wrong wording on my part - if I could please have MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT) as I could not take off work again. The answer was no, his book was full and he was scheduled out for months. There is nothing worse than people who don’t respect others time. Dr. Harrison is a fine doctor, but I will not return simple due to his office staff. Errors happen and they should be fixed accordingly. Acting rude, unprofessional, and non-accommodating is not needed.

Always has tome to talk about everything not just 1 test report. Follows up on other dr. Visits totally envolved.

I have only been a patient with Dr. Harrison for less than a year, however the first visit I knew I would be going back to him for the long term. Unlike many practices he actually took ht/wt/vitals. He took the time to talk with and listen to me re: any health history/issues. I did not feel rushed, he makes you feel as though your the only one in the office for the day. I do highly recommend Dr. Harrison and have recommended to family and friends.

Dr. Harrison always spend time with me and has a good bedside I manner..and diagnostic ability. He refers to specialists as neceessary.I never feel rushed and always feel heard. His front desk staff can be abrupt and never seem to remember you or greet you warmly.The rest of the staff are friendly and professional

Dr is great however his staff is not, impossible to get a call back from the Dr you cant get thru the front desk
