Run from this office! First my experience with staff was on the verge of being abused. They not only were unprofessional but rude and made numerous mistakes in ordering blood tests and making appointments. The PA just got out of school and follows a laundry list of diagnosing without actually using her brain to paint a good picture of the person in front of her. The dr is the worst. He lies, condescends, you feel as though he never read the chart before he walks in the room and just wings it. Twice my husband and I got a very unusual blood test result and instead of using his brain and requesting a follow up test ( which we got somewhere else and of course it was normal and the first test was a mistake) he is yelling at you and referring you out to a specialist. Seems like that is all he does is refer you to half a dozen specialists every time you go in. He practices no medicine at all. Same for the PA, asked for a refill for my psoriasis that I’ve had for 50 years and of course she… couldn’t write a prescription for my medicine but insisted I see a dermatologist again. Please I’ve had it for 50 years and a dermatologist isn’t going to do anything else. This is just another example of them don’t practicing any type of medicine just referring you out! I think the bottom line is that they do not hear you or work with you in maintaining your health but follow a check list of where they should refer you. Unfortunately I think that with the take over of medical practices by big corporations, this is the new normal but at least find an office where you are not abused!

I still can’t hear his name without crying. He’s so rude, so confrontational. So condiscending. We were close to fisticuffs. Made me feel awful about myself. Waited hours and got put on probation at my job because it took so long to see him. And I’m a healthy person, sorry I ever walked through his doors. Just don’t. He does irreparable damage.

His staff is awful. He’s not quite as bad as his staff, but he will literally leave you wanting to punch him in the face from the first three words he says to you. I’ve never met a worse doctor or had a worse experience with a so called “professional”. He’s an arrogant man that will be demeaning from word one and by word 10 you will question whether you are willing to go to jail to leave feeling like you are still have any self respect. I hope nobody ever has to go through my experience with this person. I cried for hours after my appointment. It’s been a few weeks now and I’m still unable to even think about it without getting emotional.

The staff treats me like family. Dr Inwood has been my provider for 4 years. He is very knowledgeable. I seldom have a issue with my refills but the office takes care of it right away once I alert them of the issue. I would highly recommend Dr Inwood and Marlo to my friends and family.

Dr. Inwood has been our Primary Care Doctor for two years. My husband has his blood pressure and cholesterol under control thanks to him. He has been a tremendous blessing to our family. He took care of our neighbor for many years, and she adored him!

I've been going to Dr. Inwood's office for 10 years. He's great and the staff are the best. They treat you like family. The new PA Marlo is a great addition to the team.

Refused to refer for an MRI. When finally obtained a herniated disc with cord compression was identified and emergency surgery done. Doctor refused to release medical records - ultimately complied after letter from attorney. Medical records obtained were falsified (CYA on his part). No lawsuit was ever intended, or filed, just wanted to get records to switch primary care doctors. This guy is bad news. Stay away.

They seem to book a lot of patients at the same time. I have never been seen under 35 minutes and have waited up to as long as 70 minutes not counting time spent waiting in the physical room after being called from the waiting room. Once seen Dr. Inwood spends no more the 5-10 minutes at the longest with you. And most usually refers you to a specialist.

Our family found Dr. Kevin D. Inwood to be a very kind, caring and supportive physician. Usually, we did not experience long waits in his office and Dr. Inwood treated our family for nearly ten years before an out-of-state move required us to change Family Physicians. We would recommend him to friends and family alike because if he cannot help you, he is very honest and will refer you to the best-of-the-best who can and will better meet your needs. We found Dr. Inwood to be a highly competent, easy-to-talk-to, charming and delightful physician and once you meet him, you'll never forget him. Ever! He is simply unforgetable.
