Dr. Kevin Jones, MD

He has been my Primary Dr. for the past 10 years. I have no complaints. He answered my questions gave very good advice. He truly is the only reason I go to west Florida. I have another doctor but they are nothing like Dr Jones I wish he could handle that as well. Dr. Jones is the best. And I see he has new help. And those two girls were very friendly and professional. You can’t please everyone. So keep doing your Doc. You R Good in my Book

Me and my wife are retired and we both use Kevin jones as our primary provider…. He really takes an interest in you from top to bottom and gives you options instead of dictating what you need to do about your issues

Left his office crying, not feeling like he heard or cared (as a physician) to find out what could be wrong with me. He went as far as to tell me that perhaps I was depressed and when I responded with "I cannot believe you just went there!", he replied that perhaps I would be happier going elsewhere. This year (2020) I had cancer, then surgery; two months after bacterial meningitis landing me in the hospital for a week... I do not know if my ailments are related, I am not a doctor, hence my going to see one. It appears that he has lost touch with the human side of him, or perhaps never had it (being I was a new patient) and just realized it. So tired of the subpar treatment of patients nowadays. Having to pay 25% of my income towards insurance and having to pay $10K before they pay a dime, the treatment we get should be far better. With this review, I only hope to influence one (1) person to not experience his disregard to his medical oath!

1. want to talk to Dr. Jones, not possible. 2. referred to PA's who do not return calls. 3. repeat process. 4. It will take 3 to 5 days to get a return call. 5. no email contact option. 6. helps if you're mean, sad to say, nice just isn't effective. 7. problem isn't intermittent.

I HAVE BEEN SEEING HIM FOR OVER 10 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS

Very difficult to talk to a PA, RN or Dr. Jones. call to speak and get put to voice mail and maybe a call back, only to be told make an appointment or go to Urgent care. Apparently conversation is overrated. When leaving a message speak slowly so the PA might be able to understand and use small words, it doesn't really matter, because you'll just get the same make an appoint, don't do anything until you see the doctor or go to urgent care, and you're stuck, because getting past the PA to leave a message for Dr Jones himself, well, good luck with that. .

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for several years. He has a very laid back approach, and spends the time needed on every appointment

He is a thorough doctor. However, he looses his patience easily and is usually very rude.
