Dr. Kevin Edward Kendall, MD

Dr Kendall and his staff are the greatest. The office staff works very quickly to assist the doctor to get you taken care of in a professional manner. I’m a patient of this clinic of over ten years and highly recommend this clinic with both thumbs up.

Dr. Kendall is a good doctor crippled by Trudy, his office manager and wife. She is an absolute nightmare to deal with–always right, insulting to patients, and petty. My list visit she tried to get me to leave by claiming I did not have an appointment that day, that receiving a reminder was a computer error. There was enough evidence to prove her wrong and she gave up and ignored me the rest of the time. This week I had an appointment only to learn she had deleted it beforehand. Who can imagine how many patients have left Dr. Kendall because of Trudy.

What a bunch of losers Staff is RUDE I waited TWO hours and never got to see the doctor I told them TWICE what I was there for, and he said he cannot treat me? He is incompetent and has no idea what he is doing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOSER TO MY WORST ENEMY STAY AWAY FROM THIS JERK!!!

Will try his best to milk money out of you to save his failing practice.

Dr. Kendall helped me when I was very sick. I have been going to him for 2 years. Had called him the next day after seeing him because the pharmacy did not receive 2 prescriptions he said I would receive. His office manager was very rude, condescending and ugly. Would not even let me talk to him. Because of her ugliness I told her apparently I need to find a doctor that can make his own decisions. This was 6 months ago. I called today to make an appointment and they refused to see me. Apparently the office manager put a note on my file stating I changed doctors. Which was no true. Refused me and said I needed to go to the dr I changed to. Never have been treated so horribly. No I need to find a new primary care doctor.

One star because I can't rate it any lower. Dr. Kendall seems nice, not very knowledgeable though. Staff is the worst of the worst. Everything is your fault, not theirs. I was scheduled for a sleep study at 10:00pm, received an email with directions and they even called the day before to confirm. I showed up, but I was the only one who did. Called the next day, nobody could answer my questions before they hung up on me. I go to see them in person, and they say the person who handles that is on vacation. Asked to speak to whomever is in charge "Office Manager", yup no luck there either. Called a couple more times, but no luck. Go anywhere else, STAY AWAY

If you want to beg for prescription refills, be treated rudely, wait for long periods of time go ahead and make that appointment. If you want to go to a practice where his wife (who isn't a doctor) runs the show and makes medical decisions for you than again, make an appointment. If you can think of the worst Dr. you've ever experienced and then please know Dr. Kendall and Mrs. Dr. Kendall are 1000 times worse than that. Read and listen to what most people say. The positive comments on this board I'm pretty sure are from Mrs. Dr. Kendall.
