Dr. Potter is amazing!! I understand about the long wait time in the office before I see him because he spends time listening to me and explaining his thoughts to me. I know he does that for all his patients, so I don't mind waiting! I have seen 28 specialists this year and Dr. Potter and two others are the only ones I would recommend!!

Very unprofessional office called 4 times since last Friday to be scheduled . The first day was routed to another office which told me I had to call back between business hours it was 2pm on Friday and they don't close until 5pm. Called back 3 additional times monday , Tuesday and Wednesday each time they advised I would get a callback in 24 hours . Called and asked to speak to a manager they told me they didn't have one available and they would call me back still never received a call. Going to contact another office that actually responds to their patients .

Not only did Dr Potter perform a surgery on me that had significant risks (he had explained all of the risks to me), but he did so with great confidence and his care for me was just wonderful!!
