Dr. Kevin Edward Shinal, MD

I have been with Dr. Shinal for a few years and he listens to your concerns and acts on them. I came to him with a rapid heart rate, Dr. Shinal kept at it until the problem was figured out. I was lucky to have a doctor that cared and just did not write off my problem. Thank you for giving me my normal life back.

If you want to spend years battling with this practice's billing office over billing errors caused by them, this is definitely the practice for you!

Dr. was negligent and unprofessional in his conduct during recent office visit. Neither doctor nor staff took my blood pressure (I have high blood pressure and arrhythmia and am on meds to control these issues). However, both a blood pressure reading and a height measurement were completed on my medical records when neither were measured. When staff and doctor questioned about the false medical recordings, the questions were first evaded and ulitimately dismissed "with attitude" as "mistaken". I do not trust Dr. with my healthcare.
