Dr. teal jumps from state to state, first Texas and Oklahoma now Illinois, he messed me up so bad to thousand 11 and still sick

Dr Teal botched my surgery in 2004 for Chiari Malformation decompression and then left the state. (TX) I also contracted MRSA right after surgery and had to have a 2nd major operation for infection. Dr Teal literally wrote me off and left the state. I am still looking for medical help for the problems he caused.

I had been told by several Doctors that if I had( my 4th) back surgery that I had a 60% chance of being paralyzed. Dr. Teal was highly recommended by Dr. Bunitti and Dr. Ogan, both in Effingham IL. Dr. Teal took a lot of time with me, explaining exactly what he was going to do-my surgery was 6 1/2 hours, and went from L-1 all the way down to S 2-- I had not been able to walk more than a couple steps without severe pain and I had trouble getting into my house, 3 steps might as well have been 100, I was in terrible pain. NOW I have been doing great, even got to go Christmas shopping--something that was almost impossible before surgery. THANK YOU DR TEAL!

Dr. Teal was incredibly knowledgeable yet easy to talk with. He actively listened to my medical story while taking notes. He reviewed my medical images with me and discussed in detail his suggested course of action. I never once felt rushed during my visit. I would highly recommend him.

Dr.Teal Has taken my wife's ability to function totally away.After surgery she no longer can hold her bladder very well can no longer stand, sit, walk, for hardly any length of time,Before she could was'nt great by any mean's but she could function and do fair house duties today it is such a choir,that 5 minutes is unbeliveable.chronic pain never comfotable ,crying,never getting rest pain allow's little to no sleep, up for 1-2 day's at a time some time's. Our life is over everthing is a focus on Belinda to see how I can try to make her more comfortable besides I love you I'm sorry and rubb wear it hurt's.Had to quit her very good job and trying to get on disability,I really dont care to bash him but really his office has quotes and figurines all in the office BUT HIS HAND'S ARE'NT BLESSED. I would not recommend him to the devil now that has got to be bad,good presentation but aint worth a flip run and run far from him.Unless you want a firey car crash of a botched up back… surgery.

He is very thorough and takes his time with his patients. You get one on one with him.
