Dr. Kevin Philip Theodorou, MD

I have been with Dr. Theodorou for over ten years. He and his staff are knowledgable and personable. His appointments are always honored on time. The one time he referred me to a specialist, he, too, was knowledgable in resolving the problem.

I have seen Dr. Theodorou twice so far. My impression(s) are: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to set up an appointment. It appears the office is operating independently from any large medical groups...what a relief! As for Dr. Theodorou, I was impressed with the ease of conversing with him, he listens, asks pertinent questions and then acts! He is right to the point no nonsense no small talk. He certainly exudes confidence, knowledge and great bed manners. I am very pleased.

My previous doctor retired, so I began established care with Theodorou. After 2 yrs of trying to make it work with him, I found that he was quite uncaring and unhelpful in finding a remedy that would work. Also, came off as condescending and blamed me for over the counter options that were not working. I have since found a new doctor that I am happy with, and Im all good now.

It's refreshing to find a provider who goes the extra mile in care and treatment. Things like calling prescriptions in literally before leaving their office instead of being handed a piece of paper to take to the pharmacy and wait around. I have actually been notified by the pharmacy that my prescription is ready before I even get home from my visit with Dr. Theodorou! It's the little things that make your healthcare dollar more valuable with a great team like this. Very warmhearted, attentive and straightforward.

I sympathize with what he is going through, but I decided to not be a victim of it any longer. When I asked my Medicare supplement insurance company for a referral via their nurses hotline, they recommended Dr. Theodorou. After checking his good reviews online, I made an appointment. He is knowledgeable, thorough and personable, as is his staff. Every aspect of my initial visit was as good as I have ever experienced. As a customer/patient, I really lucked out. I based rating all seven categories as four stars by thinking about the meaning of each one. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to choose Dr. Theodorou as my primary doctor.
