Dr. Kevin Keith Toller, MD

In February 2023 I had cataract surgery in both eyes. I'm completely satisfied with the result. However, soon after the surgery, I left to visit my son in China and to meet my grandchildren. I had one question that I forgot to ask before I left: How long should I take the eyedrops? I called his office in Fayetteville three times from China and sent an email. I never got a response. I'm disappointed that no one bothered to answer such a simple question for me.

I would give Dr. Toller 10 stars if I could. My husband had Cataracts and Astigmatism in both eyes. He went to the Eye Center to have this corrected. Doctor Toller was amazing. He talked us through the entire procedure, made sure we understood what was involved and the price upfront. The surgery went without a hitch and Dr. Toller even called several times to make sure my husband was doing well. Everyone at the eye center (the ladies at the front desk, technician, even the financial lady) were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I are so grateful to Dr. Toller and the Eye Center. My husband's vision was corrected to 20/20 with the surgery and cannot be happier. We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Toller and everyone at the Eye Center.

My husband and I saw Dr. Toller aat The Eye Center in Fayetteville, AR and he is an extremely capable Ophthalmologist. We saw him in Grove, OK since 2007 but are happy to drive an hour and a half to visit his office in Arkansas now.

DOCTOR DONE FINE , ITS HIS 2 WOMEN THAT RUN FRONT OFFICE THAT ARE TURDS ,,,TINA IS ONE . OTHER SETS AT FRONT WINDOW ,,,,,, THEY ACT THEY WERE MAD AT ME LAST 2 TIMES I WAS THERE I WANT GO BACK .. BUT TOLLER IS GOOD HE JUST NEEDS FRIENDLY PPL WORKIN FOR HIM

Rude!

I had a complete eye exam for possibly new glasses. When my eyes had not changed and their was no need for new glasses and was angry and surley. I never went back.

Rude, rude, rude. Does not want to hear any questions. Became upset with me for having a complication following surgery. Was told by him to live with the issue or face other complications if he attempted to fix it. I would NOT recommend him to anyone. Pretty sure he skipped the bedside manner class!

Dr. Toller was very rude. When he came in the room he didn't even introduce himself or make any kind of social gesture. When I mentioned a spot from my last exam he waved his had and said "not there now" and stood up and walked out of the room without any type of see you next year or take care etc.!

Dr. Toler and his staff were very professional and helpful during my cataract removal experience. The surgery exceeded my exoectations. I highly recommend this doctor.
