Dr. Udis really helped my teenager!

I'm not sure how this person can wake up every morning and look in the mirrow knowing that he takes money from abusive parents and puts children in dangerous situations. 8k was it worth it ?

We had a terrible experience with Kevin but unlike most who gave him 1 star review here, he was actually on my side and testified on my behalf as an expert against my ex and Bill Fyfe (the CFI on our case). He also did my PRE years before and took my side. He thought my ex was quite problematic. The reason I am writing here is because you *must* know what goes on with him before you ever ever every hire him to do a PRE or child family investigation. Kevin is forgetful. He is weak. He procrastinates. He is inaccurate. He does not testify well. He is what other reviewers says he is. Worse than that though is his relationship with Tom Meehan. Tom is a horrible evaluator. Unethical. A bully. And Kevin is under Tom's thumb. Do NOT ever hire those two or you will regret it.

Paid attention to the needs of our family during a time of crisis. Gave much of his time to extensive psychological testing, which was possibly needed to be admitted in a court hearing. Very friendly and professional person to interact with. Giving Dr mile high ratings for conducting tests and professionalism w/ mental health testing and documentation.

The Court stressed, "the parent-child relationship is an important interest that undeniably warrants deference and, absents a powerful countervailing interest, protection." A parent's interest in the companionship, care, custody, and management of his or her children rises to a constitutionally secured right, given the centrality of family life as the focus for personal meaning and responsibility. Stanley v. Illinois, 405 U.S. 645, 651; 92 S Ct 1208 (1972)

Dr. Udis allowed me the time I needed to begin my exploration into why I do what I do. Over time, he helped me understand myself better and live a more fulfilling life.

Dr. Udis was hired to write a PRE. The document was incoherent, lacked recommendations, and often mixed up basic facts and names. Doctors who write PREs often have poor recommendations from parties who lose time with their kids. This is different. My ex-husband, the professional he hired to review the PRE, and the Judge all agree that the report was useless at best. It took an additional 8 months for the court to sort things out due to the poor quality of Dr. Udis' report--much to the detriment of our children.
