Dr. Kevin Scott Weiss, DO

Dr Weiss took his time with me. He had already done my right knee and I knew that my left knee was coming up. It felt like I had torn meniscus in there so it’s coming sooner than I thought he gave me a shot for pain which is helping tremendously. The first knee was excellent. I had very little trouble with it. His bedside manner is great. He’s friendly and personable. The staff was great. There wasn't much I didn’t already know before I went to him so he just reconfirmed everything that I figured was happening. Thank you all for your care. Ready for left knee and I'm comfortable and confident that this one will go as well.

While Dr Weiss seemed friendly enough, and the office staff was friendly, he was very rushed, and almost seemed like he was “half-listening”. His examination of my problem was not thorough at all- didn’t even ask to see me try to walk or move. His exam showed little compassion for chronic pain conditions, and even less respect for the numerous physicians and surgeons who have treated me over the years. He blatantly and aggressively challenged what multiple doctors and surgeons had advised me. Headed back to Ortho Carolina- at least there I will be respected and treated with compassion.
