Dr. Kevin Patrick Young, PhD

Kevin Young is engaged in healthcare fraud in accordance with federal statute 18 USC 1347, rendering fictitious diagnoses with no scientific validity whatsoever under the guise of medical treatment towards the enablement of medically unnecessary services and prescription of medically unnecessary and deadly prescription drugs. He is also acting as a co-conspirator in the commission of 'crimes against humanity' as defined by the Rome Statute Article 7(1)(e)-(f) and (k) and International Law including the International Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment. Further, he has acted as a co-conspirator in the violation of the following laws: CGS 17a-502(c), 17a-504, 17a-541, 17a-542, 17a-543(a), 53-20, 53-37b, 53a-95 and 53a-96, 53a-192, 53a-59, 53a-60, 18 USC 241-2, 18 USC 669, 18 USC 1035, and Connecticut Constitution First Article Sections 7,8,9,10 and US Constitution First, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.

This man has engaged in medical malpractice and Healthcare fraud, is directly responsible for being a co-conspirator in crimes against humanity as defined by the United Nations, is a threat to society and should be removed from the healthcare profession. He is also responsible for hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in damages to US National Security and at least one if not more, federal programs. These facts have been plainly stated in court.

I was a patient of Dr Kevin Young, but this man actually never even met me, before he allowed an unsupervised college student trainee to render fraudulent and life destroying diagnoses. His name is all over my medical record, but this man is so negligent in his conduct, he is letting trainees destroy peoples lives without proper oversight.

Dr. Kevin Young is a reckless, negligent doctor, handing out life destroying misdiagnoses without ever evaluating patients in person. He diagnosed a college educated successful woman, a leader in technology in the State of Connecticut with a life and career destroying fake diagnoses that resulted in her being gaslighted, mistreated, and ultimately her attempted suicide. This man is a Criminal and should be in jail.
