My back pain had significantly improved. Good competent therapists. Needs more direct consultation and planning between direct providers or therapists and doctors.

Be aware. Insurance fraud! Not a real doctor! Run as fast as you can. Don’t fall in his pitfalls He is a scammer. He only cares how much usage meaning he can milk from you. He has zero patience to talk to patient about health condition for just 1 min in his office. He makes up all sorts of problems even you don't have them so he can keep charging you as long as possible to profit from. He will run every exam, test and shot on you still after one year there never is a sure answer from him. No improvement. This place everyone is forever in a rush and rude manner including Ma himself I consider low class. All he says is you keep coming back for treatments. His goal is to milk profits by scamming insurance so he continues running his office. All staff works here has no license or proper training. It's low quality Chinatown $20 massage you can get anywhere. His office is very filthy with no privacy just a dirty curtain to separate different beds so close together you can hear… the snoring and smell bad breath of naked bodies. There is no decency of this place. The slow elevator stops on each floor and often broke down. Always packed.

I used to suffer from occupational neck pain that is often debilitating on bad days and manageable on good ones. After coming to Dr. Ma's my life is back on track for the last 4 years. The combination of physical therapy, massage, and acupuncture has really helped relieve the muscle strain I suffered from. The front desk staff is respectful and getting an appointment is never an issue even though they always seem busy. I appreciate the quick turnaround time and effective treatment.

Dr. Ma is not only an experienced surgeon from his medical career back in China and Germany, he also is a very caring person with a kind heart! As a physician, I think it is a very important quality to have!

I heard about Dr. Ma from one of my friends. I suffer from chronic low back pain for years and had been to different Chiropractors without improvement. I almost lost my hope. After my friend recommended Dr. Ma, I went here last week. This is the first time I tried acupuncture. What amazed me was that I felt some kind of relief after the first treatment. I will continue the physical therapy there and hope the low back pain will be better controlled. In addition, the front desks are friendly and patient. Highly recommended.

I see last and I tell...I feel it all fake. Dr Ma say all neck and back pain and do test for too much money. He not do him self. He hire not doctor and hurt me, He not right

I found this website accidently today and thought I should write something about Dr. Ma. I have chronic left knee pain and my surgon suggested me to have knee replacement. I did a lot research on the knee replacement and am really scared of surgery. My mom recommended Dr. Ma and conviced me of getting a second opinion from him since he used to be an orthopedic surgeon in China. After he checked me carefully and reviewed my MRI reports,Dr. Ma adviced me to have conservative treatments first.Thank God I listened to him. Today, 3 years after, I am still walking with my own knees.

I've been suffering chronic headache for over 20 years and seeing so many specialists and taking tons of medications with no relief.
