Dr. Khadija Eshrath Mayet, MD

Words cannot explain how horrible dr.mayet is. She doesnt care about her patients at all. The only reason Ive seen her(twice) is because shes the only doctor available. My first appointment was to get a shot which was the menengitis B shot. The men B shot is a series of 3 shots. After getting 2 of the 3 shots, she realized that she was giving me the menengitis A shot...which I had already received and was up to date on. So she gave me the WRONG SHOT. All she said was oh oops i gave you men A, we will start the Men B now, like are you kidding?? My second appointment was for a UTI, I went in on a tuesday and did not hear back from her til a week later the next tuesday. Mind that I had called everyday trying to get a hold of her and she would not call me back and not answer. When I do hear from her she said that I had a minor UTI so she called me in an antibiotic...friday comes along and she calls me at 6pm. Left a voicemail saying to stop taking the antibioTic she called in the WRONG… ONE. ARE YOU SERIOUS? So here i am I just recieved her voicemail and its another weekend and I dont have any medication to help me and I could feel it getting worse. I called and called the next week and finally that wednesday I freaked out and demanded to talk to some doctor there. So I did, they took a look at my results and instantly called in the correct antibioTic and didnt understand what all the run around was from her. She ended up calling me back 4 weeks later after that appointment..if you have an untreated UTI for 4 weeks I would have had a kidney infection or maybe sepsis. She is RUDE, SO MEAN,AND CARELESS. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. SHE WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE. She has given me the WRONG VACCINE AND WRONG ANTIBIOTIC, SHE ALL WRONG

This was my first experience with Dr. Mayet. She spent about 40 mins. with me. She called to get me tests done that day. She followed up with a call that evening with my results & wanted me to schedule an appt. for the following week. So far so good. She was business like but kind.

I was very unhappy when I was scheduled with Dr Mayet. Not only is she egocentric she is uncaring and rude. She comes in room with the idea that she already nows whats wrong and refuses to listen to your concerns.

I am so relieved to see so many reviews on dr mayet that I agree with! I am a very go with the too kind if girl, so I have actually been the woman's patient for 4 years! I sort of got dumped on he lap when my first Talbert dr left the group! (Whom I loved btw, should have realized she was smart for leaving and followed suit). I have had nothing but bad visits, I have literally had issues I've ignored because I simply do not want to go see her! She has left important brain ct results unanswered for weeks on end until finally my neurologist kicked her backside and got them off her desk! I always thought it was just me but I am so glad I'm not the only person who feels unhappy with her!

This was the worst doctors office I've ever been to. As a new patient I would assume they'd treat you a little better. It even started off bad when the 1st thing reception asked me was if I had a will (I'm mid 20's and this was more of a general check-up). The only thing I was pleased with was being taken back into an exam room at the same time I was scheduled for my appointment...unfortunately after that I did have to wait a half hour and I found the exam room had very thin walls. I had more face time with the nurses and I could hear everything going on outside my door, including the doctor asking the a nurse if I was the patient with a completely different issue and the nurse responding with "she didn't tell me that" in a sassy attitude as if i happened to leave out a huge piece of information. The doctor comes in for literally one minute rattled off a bunch of bullet point questions and orders all these tests to be done with out explaining why or asking me anything about myself. … 1 hour later she returns and orders me to get lab tests taken, denies me asking for a referral and ignores everything I'm telling her. The appointment ends with I'll need a follow up in a month. Sorry lady, not a chance. I'll find a new doctor who can actually talk to me and who generally cares about their patients rather than herding them around like sheep.

I've seen her twice. 1st visit was for annual physical. Visit was very quick. She seem somewhat rushed. Second visit was very quick. I understand the time restraints doctors have so I always make it a point to present all my symptoms and concerns as completely and accurately as I can. As I was speaking with her she seemed somewhat like her mind was elsewhere. She maybe only said a few sentences and got up from the chair as to signal me that our time was up! Approx only 4 minutes had passed! Not once did she ask me if I had any questions. Not once did she say in regards to my illness this is something we will monitor. Nothing was said about me coming in for a follow up appointment. Pretty much I am now left alone to figure out on my own the illness I went to see her about. I realize we all have our bad days but if she continues to be like this I will definitely be looking for a new doctor. I would recommend her if you only are asking her to treat no more than a runny nose,… anything above that she does not seem to have the time or interest in.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. She was beyond rude and uncaring. Has no business working with the public. I had to have emergency surgery do to her imcompetence. I would never wish the lady on my worst enemy!!!!
