Dr. Khin Thandar Htun, MD

I have seen Dr. Htun once and that was very good. However, after that one time appointment things fail apart. The office staff could not answer phone, when they go to lunch they shut down the office. Messages left during lunch will be returned within 48hrs, not. They are inundated they cant call you back. Or at least they did not call me back. They On-Call Physician whom I left a message for also never called. There is no way to reach Dr. Htun accept through the receptionist. Lastly, I'm new to this office , they were suppose to obtain my records from previous office but they were unable and did not notify me. When I needed a refill they refused to do it claiming they could not because they did not have my records after telling me they would refill the prescription once. I was able to obtain my records but I can not send them to Dr. Htun because there is no way to contact her, send a fax, email, and the telephone is not answered you can leave message. The one time they did… answer the phone they put me on never ending hold. I'm searching for new Dr. Htun and Dr's office. Ps. This doctor unaware of any of this because she can not be reached and is not in the office often per her staff. She has two offices one in Upland and the other in Sunland.

Very clean, cozy and pleasant environment at Rancho office. Doctor Htun is knowledgeable and really took her time being thorough; and the staff is friendly.
