Do yourself a favor and at least sit and talk to this Doctor. He knows his stuff, is compassionate, and above all else isn't aggressive when it comes to recommending surgery. Four other doctors wanted to cut me.....Payman sent me for therapy and injections and I'm pain free!!! NO SURGERY NEEDED! Thanks Dr. Payman and Alicia!!

The best surgeon ever. Had my surgery two days ago. Zero pain. Up walking and can actually feel the pain in my leg gone. Office manager Alicia is amazing. Never have I met such a great team of doctor and office manager nurse.

Conservative surgeon which is very rare these days. Came up with a diagnosis quickly and gave me a treatment plan that has worked in relieving almost all my neck and arm pain. Nice guy to top it all off.

Dr. Payman and staff are the best. When scheduling my appointment his office staff asked for my insurance information. This was all I had to provide. From this point on they took care of everything else. They verified my insurance, scheduled my appointment and even ordered copies of my old mri's. After consulting with Dr. Payman he recommended a Laminectomy at L3-L4. His office manager Alicia is great. She was able to get my insurance to approve the surgery within three days. (The last doctor I had consulted with had been waiting 3 months for authorization.) From beginning to end Dr. Payman, Alicia and their entire staff are every patients dream office. They truly have an amazing office. I am so happy I found them on the internet.

If I could give this man 10 stars I would!! Dr Payman helped me so much and is truly an amazing person! I have to admit, Iâ??m not an easy patient to deal with, so I researched and interviewed some of the top Spine Surgeons in Southern California. Dr. Payman stood out to me because of the time he spent with me, the follow-up up phone calls, and his very professional bedside manner. You can tell he truly cares. Graduating from the TOP medical school in the country definitely was impressive. I originally went to Dr. Payman for a second opinion after my pain management doctor gave me injections that didn't work. I thought I needed surgery, which for me, was my last option. After seeing me, Dr. Payman told me I absolutely did not need surgery, and to not let anyone tell me otherwise. He gave me advice on what I should do to help with the pain. After following his instructions for a few months, I felt so much better. What a great experience. I highly recommend Advanced… Spine Institute and Dr. Payman!!
