Dr. Khoi M Le, MD

I went to Eisenhower Medical Center ER complaining of low heart rate and light headedness. After several tests I was admitted and Dr. Le was assigned as my cardiologist. The diagnosis was a reaction to a medication I was taking which was changed. I was advised to see my primary care physician and given a follow up appointment to see Dr. Le in about 2 weeks. The symptoms continued and I contacted Dr. Le’s office by phone and e-mail at least 3 times in an effort to get an earlier consultation with him. When I finally got to see him he was dismissive of my symptoms and put it off as part of the aging process. My primary care physician sent me to another cardiologist who ran several tests and decided to see if I might have a blockage. An angiogram showed I had an 80% blockage in my circumflex coronary artery which was corrected by angioplasty. Dr. Le was rude, dismissive and seemingly uncaring. Sorry, but I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Exceptionally kind and patient but also very smart. Listens well and communicates better than any doctor I've ever met. I was referred to him by a nurse at Eisenhower who told me that he's the best. She was right!

Dr. Le has kept me functioning for 15 years in spite of a low ejection factor and a history of heart disease.

I found Dr. Le arrogant and more interested in making money off my illness than healing me.
