Seems very bright, but terrible bedside manner. I felt like I was bothering him with my questions. Left feeling less than hopeful. Not exactly the vibe I want leaving a doctor’s office.

With as little attention as he pays after diagnosis with not following through with a developed plan, I personally believe he is already in the burnout phase of his profession.

After he diagnosed me with Small Fiber Neuropathy he did not fulfill his the plan he had laid out to get me much needed relief. His diagnosis and plan is in writing only thing his word in my opinion is untrustworthy.

First day Doctor Farhad had a complete comprehension of my neuropathy and instantaneously developed a plan. I await for it to be arranged.

I developed small fiber and autonomic neuropathy over a decade ago. I live in rural VT and my specialist care for my condition was very bad before meeting Dr. Farhad. I left every specialist being told “I don’t know” with no treatment plans or help for my symptoms. My quality of life was terrible with constant fainting from hypotension, heart rhythm issues and blood sugar dysregulation. I was becoming so weak physically that I couldn’t even go for walks when I was previously a competitive athlete. Worse than my physical symptoms was the feeling that all doctors had given up and had no desire to even attempt to help me. Dr. Farhad was the first in years to help me access new treatments and give me some hope for a better quality of life. I am very grateful to him as I was near the point of giving up myself. It is very difficult to have any chronic illness but when you have one that no doctors are familiar with or want to help you with it creates a level of hopelessness that I would not… wish upon anyone.

Don't Waste Your Time

If you want to feel like your doctor cares about you at all do not see this doctor!

I find him to be an excellent diagnostician, and testing, but not as vigilant on telling you what to do about your diagnosis. Or following up after the diagnosis either with the patient, or one's PCP.

After seeing several Neurologist, Orthopedic specialist and pain specialists inside and outside the country for my back pain, finally I was lucky to hear from a friend about Dr. Farhad. He was amazing, very professional and experienced in his job, very patient, caring and nice to people. I recommend him absolutely.

I came from Florida to see Dr Farhad and had an amazing experience. He listens very closely, takes his time with you as his patient, lays out exactly what needs to be done moving forward. I was impressed with him coming out into the waiting room to have me come back to his exam room. He is working in conjunction with my neurologist in Florida so i can be treated properly.
