She’s not a warm person but she’s smart and I like her. The staff is not nice but I deal with them. In general, I would say that this is a no-frills operation.

The staff is horrible. They have a non caring attitude. There is no urgency and randomly give false information or blow you off with " I have to talk with the doctor", which they never do and don't return calls. This is just not a one time interaction. I've reached out to them many times with the same issues The courteous staff is zero stars, follow up is zero stars and promptness is zero stars as well. Seek another health care professional. I would put 0 out of 5 star!!!

There is only one way to describe this office: It's the Faulty Towers of Doctor's Offices. Disorganized. Long waits. People don't answer THE phone (there is apparently only one line in/out as you can call ad nausem and get a busy signal). If you need someone after hours, it seldom even rolls to an exchange. In general, the doctor herself is OK; that's about it. But with the whole office routine and delay it probably makes sense to seek a better organized and professional environment for your medical needs.
