The wait time is a bit of a guessing game ( depending on the location... Louetta is the best one.. 1960 be prepared to wait a bit, and the 249 location, make sure you have hours to spare as they tend to have a larger flow of "last minute" appointments. I had to wait until 30 minutes after to closing for my child to be seen... We were in a room for over an hour and a half. The staff was apologetic, I got over it)

I have been bringing my 3 sons here for 10 1/2 yrs and my 3 nieces before that. I love all doctors, NP and staff. Kids love it too!

My 2 sons have been under Dr. Pals care since they were a month old. Now, one is 9 and the other is 10. I wouldn't have any other pediatrician for my children because Dr. Pal is a very warm, gentle, caring and passionate Doctor. He has always provided my children with quality care.

He is so kind. However, last time I waited for him almost 1 hour o be attended...

In first two visits I was highly impressed by the care, diagnosis and treatment from Dr. Palanpurwala. We recently moved from NJ, and I dont miss any of my Son's pediatricians. Obviously a busy practice, but I would prefer my kids treated by a competent professional who "knows" what he is doing rather than worrying about nominal waiting time.

Dr. Pal is very kind and patient, especially with my wild 3 year old. His nurses are great and patient too, even after 2 visits they remembered us. His office staff is surly and immpatient. It would be a perfect office if they were a little kinder and more helpful.
